Service Offered

This site is for the use of SPCA, its employees and associated companies for the purchase of SPCA branded Merchandise.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST.
All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, your order will proceed with the pricing as it was at the time the order was placed.

Hours of Service

For ordering online the site is a 24-hour, all days service. We will make best efforts to ensure that the service is available and working at all times. Our office is staffed 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message if calling outside these hours or send an email to shop@spca.org.nz at any time.

Order Delivery & Charges

Where the items ordered are available ex-stock.
Auckland Metropolitan Area - Next Day Delivery
Charged at $15.00 per delivery.
Orders received by 12.00pm will be delivered by 5.00pm on same day.
1-hour deliveries outside of these cut-off times can be processed at $20.00
per delivery, please indicate URGENT as your Freight Option.

Outer Auckland and other North Island destinations - Next Day Delivery
Charged at $25.00 per delivery.
Orders received by 12.00pm will be delivered ASAP next business day.
Urgent deliveries unavailable.

North Island - Next Bulk Delivery
We offer a service for Personal Purchases only where we will consolidate orders received and dispatch them:

1. On or about the 10th of the month
2. On or about the 25th of the month

The freight charge for this option will be $25.00 per 10kg / 0.06m3 or part thereof.

The freight component for your order will be added to your invoice after all orders for the corresponding bulk delivery date have been dispatched.

The total cost of freight will be arrived at by evenly dividing the total charges incurred over the total number of orders received for the period and adding freight evenly to each order.

Please note that if your purchase is the sole order for the period you will be charged all freight costs pertaining to delivery of your order at the rate of $25.00 per 10kg / 0.06m3 or part thereof.

South Island destinations - Next Day Delivery
Charged at $30.00 per delivery.
Orders received by 2.00pm will be delivered ASAP next business day.
Urgent deliveries unavailable.

South Island - Next Bulk Delivery
We offer a service for Personal Purchases only where we will consolidate orders received and dispatch them:

thereof.

The freight component for your order will be added to your invoice after all orders for the corresponding bulk delivery date have been dispatched.

The total cost of freight will be arrived at by evenly dividing the total charges incurred over the total number of orders received for the period and adding freight evenly to each order.

Please note that if your purchase is the sole order for the period you will be charged all freight costs pertaining to delivery of your order at the rate of $35.00 per 10kg / 0.06m3 or part thereof.

We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier problems outside of our control.

Where the items ordered are not available ex-stock:

Where an item is produced to order, or delivery is expected to exceed the times outlined you will be advised of this and expected delivery times via email.
If your order has a combination of products that include items that are not available ex-stock we will send the available items now with the balance of your order being dispatched when the outstanding items are received into stock.

If the expected delivery times advised via email do not meet your requirements you must advise your Account Manager via email at shop@spca.org.nz so that this part of your order can be cancelled.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Online credit card payments are securely transferred via the website using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption.
Funds are not debited from your credit card account until the order is dispatched. Under circumstances where parts of an order are shipped at different times, payment will be secured for each part of the order at the time of dispatch.

We accept cheques drawn on New Zealand bank accounts; however product will not be dispatched until funds have cleared - we recommend credit card payment for prompt delivery.

Guarantee, Returns and Cancellation

Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive an order which is faulty, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange an exchange.
Orders may be cancelled or changed by calling us if the order has not already been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, freight charges will still be payable but product charges will be refunded (if the order is cancelled) as long as products are returned in original condition.
