ORDERING
How do I place an order?
To place an order you will need to register online and have a valid credit card.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as your order has been processed through our payment procedure and confirmation is received from your bank that the credit card transaction has been approved your credit card will be debited.
 
I don't have a credit card, is there another way to order?
Yes, you can purchase directly from the SPCA Village Shop, 50 Westney Road, Mangere.
 
Do you have a product in stock?
At all times we seek to keep all catalogue product lines within the SPCA Village Shop Online range well stocked, however this is not always possible. We will contact you if for any reason we are unable to provide a product item. Please note we can only contact a customer if the customer has provided accurate contact details.
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are your shipping rates?
For obvious reasons, these vary based on volume of order and destination; however, the full shipping cost will be disclosed to you prior to your transaction being processed.
 
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
We do not delivery to Private box/bag under any circumstances.
 
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Where stock is available and an order is received before 12pm on a weekday, the order will be dispatched same day. All domestic orders should be received within 48-72 hours.
